Wanna know my biggest dream for the modern photography industry? That we toss out the idea that photos have to look a certain way, or be “Pinterest-worthy,” to be good enough. Ugh, what a downer!!

I so badly want to help people reconnect to the true heart behind photography, whether you’re getting photos taken of your brand, your love, or anything in-between; to invite you back into your own life as it is in the moment.

A good photo can transform the way you see yourself, and help you experience a newfound CONFIDENCE. It can remind you to romanticize the ordinary & find beauty in the everyday, and to be wholly present in your story as it is unfolding right now—messy, chaotic and all.

What a gift to celebrate what you do, who you love, the things you believe in, and the life you’ve chosen to live!

Gushing over photos has ALWAYS been an obsession of mine.

The reason I am who I am today is that I fell in love with photographing my own life first. Before ever offering photos as a service to others, I dabbled in documenting my own adventures and blogging them for the world to see—because I was a 20-year-old who had a lot to say (who doesn’t at that age?).

My passion for taking photos of others started in my little college apartment, when I’d snap pictures of friends during our little get-togethers, or when the families I nannied for needed updated family photos and I was the first person they’d call. Modern social media was growing ever popular, so my influencer friends and I were always on the hunt for cool stuff for Instagram!

(if we wanna roll the tapes back even further, I still remember the little pink & white polka-dot camera I got for Christmas one year. . . my sister probably got sooo tired of being forced to model for me.)

I knew from my own experience that there was something really special about having photos that you love, that you feel good in, and that are SO much fun to take. I deeply believed that everyone deserved that feeling, and it lit a spark in me to cultivate that for as many people as I could!

When I first recognized my unique ability to bring out the beauty in people—and the beautiful moments of life—through photos, I KNEW it was a gift I had to share with the world. I saw too many photographers simply running their clients through a rinse-and-repeat series of stuffy, forced poses, treating them as just another paycheck instead of investing time and care into getting to know what truly made them tick. That’s why I offer lighthearted photoshoots that help free-spirited couples & entrepreneurs overcome the anxiety, insecurities, pressure, and discomfort that typically come with getting photos taken!

My favorite thing EVER is creating photos that help you feel deeply seen, beautiful, and understood, encouraging you to romanticize the present rather than waiting for the future to celebrate the “good old days.” Photos that make you want to kick your feet with joy, giggle with giddiness, and dance around the room because you’ve never seen yourself look so damn good! I’m a hopeless romantic who LOVES love, so it only made sense that I fell down this career path where I get to celebrate all types of love every freaking day!

In the last few years, I’ve moved across the country to spend any day I want by the beach, found the best love, and have the most perfect puppy in the entire world—all of which has taught me even more about the value that photos hold. Photos were the one thing I had to look back on when my great-grandmother passed last year; a way for my family and I to hold precious memories of her life in our hands even when she was gone. We would spend time thumbing through her wedding photos to find resemblances, and to actually see the memories she told us stories about was such a special gift.

As it stands, I am in LOVE with my life right now & just want to bottle up every single moment that makes my heart explode with joy—but since I can’t do that, the photos and videos I have of these moments are the next best thing!

Before you decide that we go together like beach days and romance novels, there are a few things you should know about me:

    I’ll NEVER ask you to pay extra fees to access all of your photos.

    It’s just not my jam! Why would I let your amazing memories sit on my hard drives forever when you could have them all?! You get the entire gallery, and that’s that.

    This is a safe space for everyone.

    This is a safe, inclusive space for all love stories, identities, and humans, always. You are seen, valued, and celebrated here.

  • 03.

    Hidden fees give me the ick.

    Just like you’ll never have to pay extra if you love more than 10 photos, you’ll never find a surprise fee on your invoice. I’m a candid girlie who will always tell you everything up front, because that’s what you deserve.

  • 04.

    I’ll always meet you where you’re at.

    If you need gentle structure and direction to feel comfortable, I’ll come in handy with loose prompts that make being in front of the camera feel easy. If you want to keep things a lil’ more laid-back, I’ll let you do your thing and only step in when there’s a stray hair in your face that doesn’t belong there.

    I am the definition of a “hype girl.”

    I know that word is sooo overused (you’ve probably seen it on 10 other photographers’ websites by now), but unfortunately, it is the best way to describe my personality! I will genuinely be your biggest cheerleader during our time together, because nothing makes me happier than helping others feel beautiful in their own skin.
